Warranty Information:

NetLAN Systems warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of manufacturer defect, improper workmanship or materials. If you have a monthly service agreement in good standing with NetLAN Systems then the product warranty is extended to one year from the date of the invoice. All other conditions set forth below still apply. To obtain warranty service for replacement only, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at (720) 273-9411.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS

NetLAN Systems provides a one-year warranty from the date of the invoice for all of it's computer systems if it is directly connected to an APC Universal Power Supply (UPS) or other leading brand of UPS. If the service technician determines that the damage was caused by power line transients and/or, where applicable, data line or telephone line transients ( power line transients by industry standards include spikes, brown outages, failures and surges on AC power lines, telephone lines, and modem and fax lines) and in cases in which such protection is not used by the owner, then the computer system(s) is not covered by NetLAN Systems' warranty. It will be the responsibility of the computer system's owner to determine if the manufacture warranty will still apply. NetLAN Systems is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. NetLAN Systems will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.

MEMORY

One year free replacement of defective modules with NetLAN Systems. 30-Day money back guarantee on all memory products. We will provide advance replacement of defective parts if notified prior to 30 days after original order, otherwise defective parts need to be returned to us first, then we will ship replacement parts. This warranty is void and does not apply if the memory module has been modified, abused or subject to static or electrical charges. NetLAN Systems is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. NetLAN Systems will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.

ALL OTHER COMPUTER HARDWARE AND PERIPHERALS

NetLAN Systems provides a 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened items, with 15% restocking fee for opened and non-defective returns. After 30 days the products carry the warranties of their respective manufactures. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer, inquire for more details. NetLAN Systems is not responsible for damage to equipment, property, program loss or costs associated with computer or data recovery. NetLAN Systems will not reimburse consumers for installation or service charges for any reason.

ALL ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN GOOD CONDITION OR HAS MISSING ITEMS, SUCH AS INSTRUCTIONS, SOFTWARE ETC. OR DAMAGE TO BOX WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OR A $30.00 REPACKAGING FEE.

ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE

A 30-Day money back guarantee on unopened computer software items. No refund or credit for opened software. Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To return items: make a copy of the invoice, write "returning for credit" on the invoice, mail the invoice and package to NetLAN Systems, and we will mail you a check within 30 business days. Although you may not have been charged for shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return. Please purchase package tracking and insurance for the full value on the items that you are sending back in case it is lost, stolen OR damaged during shipping.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Before items can be returned for replacement, a RMA # must be obtained from NetLAN Systems. Products returned without RMA # will be refused by NetLAN Systems and will be returned to you at your expense. If you believe there is a problem with your item, please call us at (720) 273-9411 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. MST.
